2. Check the heating and wear conditions of the bearings from time to time to determine whether the bearings are intact and worn, add lubricating grease regularly, and replace the oil seals;

3. If the bearing makes abnormal noise or heats up due to wear, it is necessary to replace the bearing, clean the bearing chamber, replace the bearing with a new one, add lubricating grease, replace the oil seal, and then assemble and restore the installation.

3. How to install the spindle bearing

1. Before installing the bearing, the bearing chamber and internal oil should be sealed on the spindle;

2. Before installing the bearing, check whether the bearing is rusted and whether it rotates flexibly. If so, clean it with diesel or kerosene;

3. Before installing the bearing, the bearing oil bath should be heated, and the bearing should be heated and installed on the shaft. During the installation process, the end face of the bearing should not be directly hit with a hammer or other tools to avoid damaging the bearing;

4. After the bearing is installed, set the bearing on the main shaft. After installation, seal the transparent cover and external oil.

5. After the bearings are installed, start the double-shaft shredder and run it idling for 30 minutes to check the operation of the equipment.
