How to recycle old waste?
Obsolete garbage refers to garbage that has lost its original function or cannot be reused. This garbage includes waste, used items and other discarded materials. The disposal of stale garbage has always been a global problem. Because it is different from original domestic waste, stale garbage contains a large amount of soil and other impurities. Directly sending it to a waste-to-energy power plant for incineration will reduce the calorific value of the boiler, leading to the production of dioxins and other toxic and harmful gases.

Therefore, for the disposal of old garbage, the front end must separate the impurities in the form of shredding and screening, and the remaining combustibles will then enter the boiler for incineration. The specific process is: First, the old garbage needs to be excavated from the original accumulation location to prepare for subsequent processing. The next step is the feeding step, which is to put the excavated stale garbage into the treatment system. During the feeding process, the garbage needs to be initially shredded and scattered to make subsequent processing steps smoother.

In the drum screening process, we use a drum screening machine to screen the garbage. The advantage of this machine is its strong screening capacity, which can separate garbage into different sizes to facilitate subsequent processes. Next is the air separation step, where the combustibles and other available materials in the garbage are separated through air separation equipment. Under the influence of wind, light combustible materials will be blown away, while heavy utilizable materials will be retained.

In the magnetic separation process, we use a magnetic separator to separate metal substances in the garbage. This equipment uses the principle of magnetism to quickly and effectively screen out metal substances in garbage for further recycling. Finally, after the compression and transfer process, we compress and transfer the garbage according to the classification requirements. Combustibles, humus and inert materials will be sorted and transported away for further processing and utilization.
