What are the reasons for the strong vibration of the metal crusher body during the operation of the equipment?
The manufacturing technology of the metal crushing line is complex and the production cost is high. However, due to its advanced technology, large processing range and high productivity, it can also sort non-ferrous metals, remove non-metallic debris, and process high-quality metal with high purity, and the processing process It causes less environmental pollution and is an ideal metal processing equipment.
Metal crusher hammer head structure
What are the main reasons why the metal crusher body vibrates violently during trial operation, and what are the specific troubleshooting methods?
1. Check whether the hammer head parts are installed incorrectly during the assembly of the metal crusher. If the hammer head is turned around and used, the weight of the rotor will be unbalanced. Therefore, all hammer heads in the metal crusher must be in the same direction and installed correctly, otherwise the equipment will be running. Strong vibrations and abnormal noises occur.
2. The weight difference between the two sets of hammer heads of the metal crusher cannot exceed 5 grams. The way to eliminate it is to adjust the weight of the hammer heads so that the weight difference between the two adjacent groups of hammer heads is less than 5 grams.
3. If an individual hammer head is stuck too tightly and is not thrown away during the operation of the metal crusher, it will cause the hammer head to become unbalanced when it moves at high speed. This situation can be observed by turning the hammer head after stopping the machine, and find ways to make the hammer head rotate flexibly.
4. The weight of other parts on the metal crusher rotor is unbalanced. In this case, you need to carefully check and adjust the balance separately.
5. Check whether the hammer head spindle is bent or deformed. The solution is to straighten or replace it.
6. If the bearing clearance of the metal crusher exceeds the limit or is damaged, the equipment will vibrate violently. Generally, the problem can be solved by replacing new bearings.
7. If the fixing nuts at the bottom corners of the metal crusher are not fixed tightly or become loose during operation, it will also cause vibration of the equipment. The solution is to tighten them.
